Description
Smart low-carbon city has become one of the main priorities globally. It is involving the stakeholders from the information and technologies areas, as well as health, environment, traffic, planning, waste handling, commercial and services, local communities, etc, to create a smart city and sustainable living conditions with clean air and lower carbon emissions.
